Twilight Gets Comical

A graphic novel version of Twilight is being put together. The graphic novel is being published through Yen Press and release date has yet to be scheduled. The comic is being drawn by Korean artist Young Kim and looks to be manga-influenced. Twilight creator and author Stephanie Meyer is overlooking the project, so it should stay faithful to the original novel.

It appears it is most definitely not meant to be an adaptation of the film series, as the characters in the comic don't really look exactly like Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart. They look more like a mixture of Meyers' description of the characters in the book with a hint of the actors that portray them in the film. EW posted an unfinished black & white biology class image from the graphic novel that we've posted above.
